This Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time (the “Policy”), governs Photounicorn’s collection and use of your personal information. 1. Use of the Website

If Photounicorn sells only a part of its business, the acquiring entity will have access to your personal information without your consent and Photounicorn may send you a notice regarding this sale.
