All of the products offered for sale in our website are under the warranty of the importer companies.
The length of warranty period is the specified amount of time given in details of the product.
If it is not mentioned in details, the duration of the warranty is 2 years.

If the products that you purchased are defective, the change will be made as long as you sand them back within 15 days along with the invoice.
Product to be replaced is not missing any of the accessories or packaging that is required.
It’s crucial that no of the product to be changed are missing. In case of a missing accessories or packaging, the warranty service is to be given by the importer company.
The steppes to be followed by clients from remote cities in the event of a defective commodity:
Normal return policies are exactly valid. However, we advice our clients to call our technical service and make sure that the problem is not with their own software and equipment.
It’s crucial to send the defective commodity back to us by cargo as soon as possible. (Shipping fees are to be paid by the client)
